Guarantee Policy
Advance purchase: The room reservation need to be booked 2 days prior arrival date at least.
Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card or by bank transfer at the booking time. The credit card used for booking must be presented at reception upon the client's arrival.
Cancellation policy
The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
Check in Policy
The room is available from 14:00 hours except in case of Early Check In (An applicable charge with will be applied).
Check out Policy
The room must be vacated by 12:00 noon at the latest except in case of Late Check Out (An applicable charge with will be applied).
Children policy
Free accommodation and breakfast for up to 2 children under 6 years old, sharing the parents room (by using existing bedding, or if the room is large enough, a baby cot set up). Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult
Official documents to provide
In order to comply with government regulations, your ID card or passport must be submitted upon check-in at our hotels. Copies of the identification will then be submitted to the relevant government offices.
AGREEMENT FOR USE:
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.
